I did those 8 miles today and did 3 + cross training yesterday. 
Today was actually hot. Too hot for my liking. This run was mentally and physically exhausting. I was probably not properly hydrated or fueled for it. But it’s done, and little less than a month till the race!

Meal planning for the week now like a boss. Prepare to succeed or prepare to fail.
