10 miles didity done.
Holy cow. Everything hurts.
I wrapped my feet as shown above. It worked better but slid down by mile 3, so I had to stop and adjust them and at mile 6. The tops of the old blisters got new blisters but really not too bad compared to last time. Plan on only running a 4 miler and a 3 miler this week to really let them heal up nice before the race, which is in 8 days!!!
By the way, my body has moved me 30 miles in the last 2 days. Wow. Tomorrow is a much needed rest day.
